Credit facilities can be used for both online and instore purchases.
Flexible Credit Facilities
Apply for a fixed credit facility repayable over specified repayment period with fixed monthly instalments.
Fixed Credit Facility
Credit facility/funds repaid become available for use on new purchaes once the account is settled in full.Â
Extensible Credit Facility
- Applicant must be 18 years or older.
- Provide a valid proof of identification: ID Card/ID Book, Drivers License or Passport (Passports are only accepted for Instalment Credit).
- Must have and provide proof of regular income (Payslip).
- Mot recent 3 months Bank Statement or consent to obtain these from the customers’ bank directly.
- Completion of a DebiCheck Debit Order.
- Approval subject to Credit Life Cover or Product Cover.
- Successful authentication (Biometrics or Facial Recognition)

application Requirements
- Applicant must omplete our Credit Application Enquiry Form and provide the necessary personal information as required in the orm.
- Upload required Credit Application Supporting Documents (Clear ID Copy, Latest Payslip, 3 months Banks Statements, Proof of Residence) as requred.
- Once required information and supporting documents have been submitted. A system generate email will be sent to the applicant’s email address with a link to our Payment Partner Credit Application Platform.
- Customer can click on the link/s to iniiate the Ccredit Application Process.Â
- On approval the customer will be able to use the Credit Facility (Credit Limit) to shop for their favourite appliances and electronis and tech products online
